Who is this site for?
We created this website so that it will be useful for everyone.
Everyone should keep a record of their health, so even if you only use this website to record all your medical history information, you will benefit by being able to access it at any time and share it with a doctor (or family member) when required.
You can also use the site to help you track and manage general wellness or a long-term condition by using the tools on this site.
Can I manage my whole family’s health?
Managing health information for children and family members is made easy. Parents and guardians can easily manage multiple accounts centrally. And when you need to share or access important information, it’s readily available to you. Never miss an appointment again or forget when you had your last immunisation.
Can I manage more than one condition?
Yes! Managing one or more illnesses can be very difficult. Pow Health is designed to help you manage all of your health information in one place and provide you with useful tools and communities to help you compare and learn from other people’s experiences and track you own long-term progress.
Having to repeat the same information from doctor to doctor can be frustrating, now you can easily record and share the information you want to share, at any time.
I am a carer, can I use this website?
Yes. Carers can create their own account and add an account for the person they are caring for. This allows you to easily manage the health information for another person. You will also be able to connect with other carers like you to share your experiences.
I am under 15 years of age, can I use this website?
Currently, we specify that our users are over 15 years of age. This is to ensure that you can better understand and safely use the information and web tools presented on this website. A parent, guardian or carer (over the age of 15 years) will be able to enter information on behalf of a younger person.
If you are aged between 11-14 years you will be able to register to use this site with the consent of your parent or guardian. You will be prompted during the registration process to provide their email details. This feature will be available soon.
What illnesses does this website allow you to manage?
You can create your health record by choosing from thousands of conditions that we cater for. Not all conditions will have a community from day one but we are rapidly adding new condition communities and tracking tools on a regular basis. A full list can be found in the communities section of this site (coming soon). If you cannot find a condition, please suggest one from the communities page.
