Pow Health is a powerful new service that lets you manage all your health in one place.
Pow Health is the ideal new way for everyone to stay in control of their health. It’s been created to make the most of today’s technology, enabling anyone to monitor, share and manage their health.
As soon as you join, you can start monitoring your condition and view your progress. And you can connect to others with similar conditions and experiences. Then, as your story develops, it’s easy to learn from other members and share your knowledge with them.
Power to the patient
We believe that patient power offers an invaluable addition to available healthcare networks and support.
Pow Health puts you in charge. It’s easy to contribute yourself or enable a carer to take part on your behalf. You can choose exactly which health condition (or conditions) you wish to monitor, the information you want to share and who to share it with.
You’ll enjoy complete peace of mind throughout as your data is stored securely and is completely anonymous.
